Anthony Tattan
Commercial Director
Anthony has
spent over a decade helping Irish businesses grow — first as a consultant,
then as an entrepreneur. He founded RemoteStaff.ie because he kept seeing the
same problem: Irish SMEs paying premium recruitment fees for average talent,
or struggling to scale because local hiring was too slow and too expensive.
He leads client relationships and commercial strategy, making sure every
placement genuinely solves a business problem, not just fills a seat.

Co-Founder & COO
Roxanne grew
up in South Africa and built her career there — 10+ years founding and
running businesses across multiple sectors. She knows the talent landscape
better than any job board: which universities produce the strongest
graduates, which industries develop the sharpest professionals, and what it
takes for a South African hire to thrive in an Irish business environment.
She personally interviews every candidate RemoteStaff presents, and oversees
onboarding and ongoing performance to make sure standards never slip.
