Everything you need to know about hiring with
Remote Staff
You only begin paying once you've
selected a candidate and they've started. There are no
upfront fees, no payment for CVs, and no charge for
interview rounds.
Everything. The candidate's
compensation, our service fee, HR administration, contract
management, and ongoing support are all covered in one
simple monthly payment.
Contracts are rolling one-year periods, as we
hope you intend to keep the candidate for 3-5 years, however, notice periods
are 2 weeks during the probationary 3-month period, and 1 months’ notice
thereafter.
We work with yourself and the candidate to try
and assist where possible to make the placement work, however, if for whatever
reason there is a misalignment with the placement, the original process starts
again with no cost to you.

Our pricing model is fully transparent — a once off fee of €350 which comes off
of your first monthly invoice, then one monthly fee that covers everything from
candidate compensation to ongoing HR support.
