4. Terms for Candidates

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided in your CV, portfolio, and application is true and accurate.
No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee that you will be invited for an interview, offered a job, or that any specific job opening will remain available.
Background Checks: You consent to Remote Staff conducting necessary background checks and skill assessments before presenting your profile to Clients.

5. Terms for Clients

Service Agreements: The specific terms regarding fees, payment schedules, and the legal nature of the hiring relationship (e.g., whether we act as an Employer of Record or a Recruitment Agency) will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Client Contract signed between you and us. In the event of a conflict, the signed Contract prevails over these website Terms.
Confidentiality: You agree to keep the personal details of Candidates confidential and use them solely for the purpose of recruitment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionalityare and will remain the exclusive property of Remote Staff and its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

For Candidates: We are not liable for any loss of income, loss of data, or employment disputes arising from your use of the Site.
For Clients: While we vet candidates rigorously, we do not guarantee the performance, suitability, or honesty of any Candidate hired. We are not liable for any damages caused by the actions or omissions of a Candidate.
Site Availability: We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or errorfree

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., LinkedIn) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.
